Rodger Rose with Hines has two high perfomance buildings that have consistently been ranked in the upper eschelon of the program.  Both One Atlantic Center and 1180 Peachtree are great examples of sustainable building practices in action.  Rodger is a great team player and has been willing to help the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge whenever asked.  Whether it’s sitting on a panel to translate the sustainability conversation to asset managers or letting us stop by randomly to take pictures of his building, Rodger is always prepared to champion our cause.
